Williams, 28, lands in Philly after a rocky three-year stint with the Ravens, where he cashed a $70 million contract in 2022 but stumbled through injuries and inconsistency. The Eagles waved goodbye to C.J. Gardner-Johnson (traded to Houston) and Darius Slay (signed with Pittsburgh) this offseason, leaner moves after their Super Bowl LIX rout of the Chiefs.
