Who Is Dak Prescott’s Girlfriend? Meet The Mother Of His Baby Girl

As Dak Prescott leads the Dallas Cowboys into what they hope will be a Super Bowl-winning campaign, the star quarterback is being supported by his longtime girlfriend and the mother of his daughter. Who is Dak Prescott’s girlfriend? He’s been dating Sarah Jane Ramos for more than a year.

The first few weeks of the 2024 season have been rocky for Dak Prescott as the team is a middling 3-3 through the first six weeks. Dak hasn’t exactly been playing his best football, completing 63.4-percent of his passes (close to his career-low) for 1,602 yards and eight touchdowns with six interceptions so far. But he’s not getting much help from the defense, which is allowing 28 points per game and ranks 30th in points allowed.

On the plus side, if the Cowboys don’t make a deep playoff run this year, he’ll have more winter weeks to spend with his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos, and their daughter, Margaret Jane Rose Prescott. The couple have only been together since around 2023, but they’ve quickly become inseparable.

Dak Prescott started dating his girlfriend between 2022 and 2023

Until 2022, Dak Prescott was dating Natalie Buffett. After their split, Dak’s personal life was largely a private thing until in September 2023 when it was revealed that he was dating Ramos. She made her “debut” alongside Dak during the 2023 NFL season in a game between the Dallas Cowboys and New York Giants.

Things have seemingly moved quickly with them as the couple announced in March of this year that little Margaret Jane Rose Prescott was born on February 22, 2024 – meaning that the two had to have been seeing each other since at least the spring of 2023.

Sarah Jane Ramos loves Instagram

While Ramos may have stopped using X back in 2020 and stopped using LinkedIn fairly recently, she’s been active on Instagram for years and particularly more active since the start of 2024.

Ramos’ Instagram account has over 100,000 followers with her profile stating “Certified Wine & Spirits Specialist / Girl mama 💞/ By Grace through faith 🕊.”

Of her 103 posts made in 2024, 18 were alone with her first post featuring Dak coming on Christmas of 2023.

She is from Florida and attended Florida State University

According to Ramos’ self-used X account (formerly Twitter), she is from Tampa Bay, Florida. Although she has not posted on the site since 2020, her X history shows that she is (or was) a big fan of the Florida State Seminoles. While you don’t have to be a Florida State alum to be a Seminoles fan, People reported back in September that her LinkedIn profile stated that she graduated from Florida State University. However, that LinkedIn profile link is no longer functioning.

Sarah Ramos has two sisters and a niece

Being so active on Instagram, Ramos has posted a fair number of photos with her family. The two family members that she posts about most frequently are her sisters, Grace and Emily Ramos.

Ramos is also an aunt, posting a photo of a baby girl and calling herself “Aunt SJ” back in 2020.

She loves posting photos of Dak their daughter

We mentioned before that Ramos has been much more active on Instagram since the birth of her daughter and we weren’t kidding.

Even before little Margaret was born, Ramos loved showing off her baby bump.

“A little bit of Heaven sent down to Earth 🤍 Our immeasurable blessing. I cannot wait to raise a strong, confident, beautiful baby girl with you @_4dak,” she wrote in a post last November.

Ever since Margaret was born, Ramos has posted photos of the two or three of them together fairly regularly.

“MJ Rose, Being your parents is the biggest blessing life has to offer and we are so fortunate that you are ours! Welcome into this world, baby girl, you will always be loved and protected! We are so IN LOVE with you ♥️Love, Mom & Dad,” she wrote in a post in March.

Sarah Jane Ramos loves the beach

Ramos had plenty of fun in the sun back in 2021, making numerous trips to the beach and showing off a number of cute swimsuits and outfits for her followers to see:

She’s very supportive of Dak’s career

At the start of the 2024 NFL season, the Dallas Cowboys agreed to a new four-year contract extension with the Dallas Cowboys worth $240 million, including $231 million guaranteed and an $80 million signing bonus. At $60 million per year, it was the largest per-year deal in NFL history.

After the deal was announced, Ramos took to her Instagram Story with this heartwarming message for her boyfriend:

“The most deserving man and the best partner and father. We love you,” she wrote, per People.

The Cowboys have ensured that Dak Prescott will be a part of their organization for the remaining prime years of his NFL career. The deal will keep Dak in Dallas well into his mid-30s.

The Cowboys have been waiting nearly 30 years just to get back to the Super Bowl, let alone win one. But they might not have many better chances to win their sixth-ever Super Bowl than with the quarterback they have now.

Dak already ranks in the top three of most major passing categories for the Cowboys with 31,061 yards, 210 touchdown passes and a career average of over 250 yards per game.

If Dak can lead Dallas to the promised land, he’ll be a hero not just in Dallas, but in the entire state of Texas. And if that happens, he, his girlfriend Sarah Jane Ramos and their daughter Margaret will have an entire world of greater opportunity and happiness open to them.
